When ruthless property developer Wong Ho Chiu (Anthony Wong) learns that his rebellious daughter Daisy (Janice Man) is kidnapped, he dismisses it as merely her self-orchestrated scheme to extort money from him. One wrong decision from Wong leads to the tragic death of Daisy, and the enraged and guilt-ridden father sends his trusted former bodyguard Yiu Kai Chor (Richie Jen) to hunt down the culprits and wreak violent vengeance on them.
