Gambling addict Gao Ye (Aaron Kwok) walks out of prison with nothing to his name and nowhere to go. That night, prostitute Momo (Yang Zishan) unexpectedly knocks on his motel room door in an apparent mix-up. He cajoles her into lending him money which he promptly loses at the gambling table, adding to his already mountainous debt. As Gao Ye's unsavory past catches up with him, the two are sent on a wild journey of run-ins with debtors, brawlers and Gao's estranged daughter.
