This erotic thriller is based on the short story "The Tale Lost His Wife's Love" by Edogawa Rampo. It revolves around the tragedy of a love triangle involving the wife of Akechi Kogoro, who was not in the original story. Miyaji Mao, the lead actress, provides an impassioned performance in the daring love scenes. It received an R-18 rating in Japan. Minamida (Yanagi Yurei) becomes worried that his wife, Miyako (Miyaji), no longer loves him. His dentist, Kotoura (Ohura Ryuichi), asks the Akechi Detective Agency to investigate the man's wife... but no one could have suspected the truth they uncover.
