The story of rich kid Lee Mong Fong becoming entangled in a driving penalty points scandal has become an overnight sensation in Hong Kong. For some reason, the incident's only witness Meng Tzi Leung (Mark Wu) refuses to cooperate with the police. Knowing his longtime friend is hiding something, detective Lau Mong Long (Ronald Cheng) goes undercover to investigate. Meanwhile, Leung is working hard for his younger sister, who is going blind.
